The last major event of the season, the World Championship was held in Yorkshire under difficult weather conditions. The riders who passed through the Tour de l’Avenir shone again…

-CLM : Mikkel Bjerg wins his 3rd title in the category! In 2018, he won the #TDAV team time trial with Denmark!
Let’s congratulate Mathias Norsgaard Jørgensen, 4th place, first yellow jersey of the #TDAV2019 ! In total, 9 TOP10 riders have already participated in the #TDAV

-Road race

After the downgrading of Nils Eekhoff (Netherlands), it was finally Samuele Battistella (Italy) who took over the rainbow jersey.
He placed 11th in the last #TDAV2019. He is ahead of Stefan Bisseger (18th + 2 wins #TDAV2019) and Tom Pidcock (British) (retirement after crash #TDAV2019). Let’s salute the 6th place of Tobias Svendsen Foss, winner of the Tour de l’Avenir!

-Road race: Mads Pedersen creates a surprise. Before becoming world champion, the Dane had won the second stage of the Tour de l’Avenir 2015.
